Serice Desk to Change management Statuses Tagging

Once the Issue is closed in the Service Desk, we can migrate to the Change Management. But how do we tag the First Status of change management.

for e.g, "Issue 1" current status is Closed in Service Desk , when i migrate it to the change management , i want the Status to be in Pending or Peer Review in change management workflow

Hi there,

So are you wanting to move it to a new project? Or moving to a new issue type?

Either way you can just transition it to the correct workflow once moved and then change the status. Or, use tags/labels.
