Not able to add series in jira Service desk version 3.5.2 for project administrators under reports

Hi All,

I have recently upgraded Jira(Software 7.0.11+ JSD 3.0.11) to 7.3.8 and 3.5.2 and after up-gradation project admins are not able to add series and after clicking on "+Add Series"  it does not do anything

 

Please advise me.

After adding same user to Jira admin, they can add series

Please advise ASAP.
