This is ridiculous that I can't even get support to get my server up and running.
I need to update the Server ID associated with the license key. How can I do that? I am running out of time on getting this set-up!

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
The Server ID is not linked to your license key, it is only used internally by Atlassian. So you should be able to use the same license on a different server.
