Jira Service desk in Eazybi Reports

Hi,

¿Is possible export the information saved on JIRA service Desk to EazyBI plugin?

We need report in EazyBi the SLA's defined en JIRA Service Desk.

No, Eazybi should check the status of compliance with defined SLAs.

Hi, But is not the same solution, Jira Service Desk measures SLA's using laboral days and service hours, that are defined on each indicator.

were you able to find a soltuion? I am working on the same issue and have been having some success with this. but would like to use my exact sla number https://docs.eazybi.com/display/EAZYBIJIRA/Issue+resolution+days+reporting
