JIRA Service Desk_Mark required fields with astrict

Hi All,

Current service desk request forms distinguished mandatory and optional fields by marking optional fields as (optional).

Is there is a way to mark mandatory(required) fields with an astrict “*” as we normally see in most web forums?

Hi Aravindi,

Thank you for the suggestion! I have found a feature request for the same thing that you can watch and vote on to show you're interested in the feature:

Have a look at the following Community question asking for a similar thing in JIRA Core. You can try applying similar principles to your JIRA Service Desk files to display an asterisk near your required fields.
