JIRA Service Desk Customer Portal Customization

Is there a way to either:

  1. Remove the Help Center link displayed on the JIRA Service Desk Customer Portal for one or more of the Customer Portals associated with each Service Desk we have installed, or
  2. Limit which JIRA Service Desks are visible form the Help Center

Hello there,
1- You can modify the Customer Portal header on the JSD Configuration(JIRA Administration > Add-ons > JIRA Service Desk Configuration also described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SERVICEDESK/Configuring+the+Customer+Portal#ConfiguringtheCustomerPortal-portalbrandBrandingyourportal

2- You can use the Restrict Access as the following link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SERVICEDESK/Opening+up+or+restricting+access+to+your+service+desk
