I am testing jira serivice desk and wonder if it is possible to display several announcements, messages, error messages or similar in the Customer Portal. In many cases, a single announcement is not sufficient.
Is it possible to show a ticker or a news ticker?

Currently, it's possible to add one announcement that will be placed on the main page of the customer portal and also to add one announcement per project.

In the main page of the customer portal, it's possible to add only one announcement.
So, in this case, if you have several announcements for customers you will need to add on the main page of the customer portal:
Then on every project, you can add an announcement, so if you have 5 projects, you will be able to add a different announcement for each one:
