How to hide project A customers from project B support team?

trase8 September 20, 2018

We need the support team of one project to have no access to data from another project. It is necessary that project A support can not see customers, tasks and even the name of the project B. How can this be realized?
I read this https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/managing-project-permissions-861253293.html

But there is no answer how to hide customers of project B from support team of project A.

@trase8, you simply need to ensure that the agents op project A are not listed on project B as an agent. Also ensure no agent has system admin rights. Question, are you actually experiencing an issue or just researching? Obviously once set up you will want to verify permissions meet the requirements.
