How can we restrict access from a Group or an user to a particular "ServiceDesk" project ?


I try to achieve the following:

  • I have two Service Desk projects created
  • For each Service desk project I created a Group in which I put my users

My problem is that my users continue to have access to all "Service Desk Project" because it seems I have a "Role" called "Service Desk Customer - Portal Access" which allow this access

In fact my users access the URL portal link dedicated to the project but they can then click on "Help Center" and then go back to the main portal

I believe it will cover what you need to do. It will give a step by step to restrict the SD access to some users.

That is exactly what I'm looking for ! ...but apparently the option is no more at the location "Settings --> Request Security" sad

Any idea where I can find again this feature ?  I'm using JSD 2.53
