How can I setup a customer to multiple organizations?

We have a number of individual customers who are linked to multiple organizations. They would like to receive notifications for requests raised by any one of the organizations they are linked to. 

In our current system, we need to link the individual to multiple organizations. If the individual should leave, we need to unlink the individual from multiple organizations. This is a maintenance nightmare. 

We would like to simplify maintenance for individuals that are linked to multiple organizations in Jira Service desk. How can we do this with the native product or is there a plugin that will allow us to achieve this?

If they leave you don’t need to unlink you just need to “revoke access” them altogether under the user management in Jira settings.
