I am looking for a way to show which members of the team are responding to tickets the fastest, I was thinking of using Average time to resolution on the y axis and asignee name on the x axis. Currently I cannot find a gaadget that does this, any advice would be appriciated.
Average time to resolution told you time from Open to Done. After you click Add gadget you need to wait, and after click "See all gadget". After that, I can see gadget Resolution time
Also, you can use Filter result for dashboard
If you need a report, you can use Control chart. This report gets you information about lifetime issue between different Status issues, but they have not Gadget for Dashboard
