Exposing one issue type to unregistered users

Hi,

I am trying to configure JIRA service desk.

I want to expose the "user registration" request type / issue type to a non registered user (obviously!).

How can I do that?

Hi Sumedh,

When you say non registered user, you mean that the user has not a JIRA license?

If the answer is yes, I'm afraid to tell you that in order to create a request you must have a JIRA license. In other words, when you create a request through Customer Portal, you are actually creating an issue; therefore you must be an active and registered user in JIRA.
