One of my employees, ysmoon@bluefrog.co.kr, has not received an email to change his password. No matter how I click send mail, mail does not come. So I can not use jira. Please check this out. I have also checked the spam mail, and it is not a problem with the mail as a result of sending from another mail.

Can you try to change the password manually?
You can access to this page: http://localhost:8080/jira/secure/admin/user/UserBrowser.jspa (Change the URL with your Jira URL) and the search for the user, after that, click on the name:
And in the top right corner you can change the password manually:
