Can I add more fields to the Service Desk Sign on form?

My customer would like to capture more details from their end-users in, f ex customer company.  Is it possible to add more fields to the sign up form?

Do you mean the initial 'sign on' form? If so, it is not possible. You can add fields to request forms but it looks like you are asking about the initial registration form.

Thats right, we want the end customer to indicate from which company they are right in the start of registration for an account But I assume this means adding more fields to apply to the jira account and be a bigger thing.
