Hi - Wondering if anyone has done anything similar to what we plan?
We would like show the JIRA Service Desk main page and then either - have Service Request templates for people to order products from or - have a link to a custom e-commerce site (we are yet to create this).
We are thinking we will need to have a link to an e-commerce site because we would like to do things such as add postage costs, costs of product, payment portal etc. These requests will then go to 3rd parties to fulfil so we will not need to manage stock levels or accounting etc. Once the request for the product has been created this can then go into JIRA Service Desk to facilitate.
Has anyone done anything similar?
