Hi community, I have a question. When I want to upgrade from Beta to a "Free plan" I received a warning that I could lose functionality of the Beta version. If I want to upgrade to "Basic plan" the message doesn't appear. What am I losing when I upgrade from Beta to "Free plan"? thank you.

hi @Tanguy Crusson !
Thank you so much for sharing these!
My team just received the email with fees that we will start to get billed after the 2 week free trial.
I'm wondering if JPD is picking up all the Atlassian licenses that we have for Jira Software, Jira Work Management & Confluence?
For JPD specifically for now, we only need 2-3 creators- the rest of the team & stakeholders only need contributor roles; And so far only 2 of us have signed up to test the JPD so I'm slightly lost as to why it's not considered as free?
Apologies if I'm reaching out to you mistakenly, i would really appreciate your insight & redirect to the respective party. TIA
@Mary Henin it sounds like you upgraded to the standard plan, you might want to downgrade to the free plan if that's the case. First, make sure that you have the right users with product access (if you have more than 3 you won't be able to downgrade). Then you can go to admin.atlassian.com, in the Billing section, and downgrade to Free.

apologies for the delay! Just wanted to follow up & confirm this was spot on :) We were able to downgrade it into Free until we deploy it across the team.
Thanks so much @Tanguy Crusson
perfect, thanks for the update !
