Regarding JIRA Product Discovery

Hi Team,

Recently, a beta version of the Jira product discovery was released, and our users have created a few projects on it. However, over the past few days, our users have been receiving notifications to upgrade the plan. Unfortunately, we did not budget for this new product, and procuring it will be challenging for us. Could you please provide some suggestions or a way out to handle this situation?

Additionally, if we choose not to acquire the Jira Product discovery license, kindly provide details about the available alternatives.

Furthermore, I would appreciate your assistance in obtaining information about the license cost for the Standard version of Jira Product discovery.

Hello Disha,

There is a free tier, but you can only have 3 total creators. You can see the pricing options here:

If you don't want to keep JPD, you should be able to migrate your issues to another project type using the bulk move options.
