we don't have any great tools for managing user feedback at this point, but we do use Jira. 

for product analytics visualization we use Domo.

for collaborating with customer success we use Jira and Confluence.

Not on your list above:

Figma for design would be nice.  While we do manage our UIUX in a separate Jira project, the ability to link direct to the designs and prototypes on the items in Product Discovery would be awesome.

Our customer success teams all use Jira Service Management. Sales Team uses Salesforce mostly.

Hi @Melissa Miller - we'd like to see an integration with the following:

• Heap (https://heapanalytics.com/) - one of the popular product analytics tools.
• Microsoft Outlook - as another place to capture insights within emails (from customers).

Are any of these on the roadmap? If so, any rough timelines on when to expect these for use?

For Product Analytics, are there any integrations with google analytics?

We use Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce to manage user feedback and customer sucess, and we use Google Analytics to support our product analytics. Having this integration possible would be super helpful.
