Turn off suggestions, dont use or apply labels. Only you would know your data to use and how to view it.
Also try placing product discovery with in a view
Use tags to help process information, right, cant say ...

Most of us would strongly recommend the opposite. Do use labels, they help you gather stuff together, and suggestions help you find related stuff.
Why are you suggesting reducing working together?
