We're starting to trial Jira Product Discovery, as a method to separate un-triaged feature requests before they enter the backlog if approved.
We have also recently introduced zAgile Connect into our Salesforce to Jira workflow, allowing more visibility into Support cases as they relate to feature requests and defects.
While we are able to create/review/monitor the status of an issue in a Jira Product Discovery issue from Salesforce - it does not appear that the Salesforce linkages are present in the Product Discovery GUI as they would be in a normal Issue.
Is there a plan or timeline to implement this consistency? It will allow our Product team to more easily get to the originating Salesforce request where the Product Discovery issue was generated from.
@Matte Stevenson Jira Product Discovery does not yet support all integrations supported in other parts of Jira - and this is one use case like that. It is on our roadmap, but isn't supported today.
