issue text copies from one issue to the next issue

Open issue #1 with details in the right hand column.

Type text in the "short description" (see attached screen shot of issue #1)

Click into issue #2 with same detail window on the right hand side.

click into short description as if you were going to add text (see attached screen shot of issue #2)

the text you typed in issue #1 will appear in issue #2.  I have a video but it has confidential info.
