Why isn't Impact Score working?

I have a few ideas I've created and the Impact Score is being calculated at 100 even though no values have been entered for the inputs. I'm using the default inputs (50% Goal Impact, 50% Insights). For both ideas, neither have any Insights and no Goal Impact.

Hi @Sarah Green do you also have other ideas that are getting a different score?

@Rohan Swami we just turned JPD on, so we don't have many ideas yet. We have an idea that has a score of 100 with no input values, another idea that has a score of 100 that does have Insights but no Goal Impacts, and one idea with score of 0 with no input values.

Hi @Sarah Green @Nicole Orbe thanks for your patience. There are possibly 2 issues in play here:

1. The weighted score formula is based on all the ideas in your project, not based on the filters you've applied to the view. Customers have given us feedback that they expect it to be calculated based on visible ideas only, we'll update this although I can't provide a timeframe at this stage.
2. There's a bug where ideas with no value for a select field don't count the same as ideas with a "0", we are pushing a fix for this shortly.
