Votes & comments showing input from Unknown User

Hi all. We just started using Jira Product Discovery and I noticed that instead of seeing colleagues names under Insights>Comments, we see "unknown user". Everyone at the company has access to the project as contributor. Any ideas how to collect user names?

Ok we've tried it and we think we know what the problem is: it's a bug in how we show the new votes immediately after the people voted (without having to refresh the page). In the short term what you can do is refresh your page --> that will show the people's names. We'll fix it so the name appears at all times.

Hey Tanguy, I can confirm that this was the case - after I refreshed the project after a while, I could see the names of colleagues. Thank you for looking into this :)
