For months we've been using JPD without permissions issues. The project is configured for Open access, and I found out yesterday that many users can nolonger 1/ add insights, and 2/link epics. Previously, this wasn't an issue. Did the new custom missions (Creator/Contributor) change this behavior?
Hi @Seth Mason , no that shouldn't be the case, the creator/contributor solution hasn't shipped yet, but it could be a bug with the new permissions we shipped recently.
We'll investigate
@Seth Mason could you please go into project settings > access and look at the permissions you see for the "Viewer" role - see if it has permissions to add insights?

@Tanguy Crusson the Viewer Role does have access to create/delete insights. I have not changed it from the default.

@Seth Mason we haven't been able to reproduce, we'll need to have a look in your instance. Can you please raise a support ticket? That way we can request access, etc. Thanks!

Hi @Seth Mason we've disabled the change we shipped recently on permissions - could you please check if it's working for you now? Thanks for your help in troubleshooting this
