Support keyboard navigation for items in lists

In most places in JIRA, it's possible to use keyboard navigation to move between issues in a list -- for example, using `j` and `k` to move through the list. However, this doesn't seem to be possible in JPD.

Is this something that can be addressed? It'd be great to bring JPD fully into line with the rest of JIRA in this regard. Note that pressing `?` suggests that this _should_ be possible in JPD already... ;)
