For some ideas (not all) when I click 'add delivery ticket' in the delivery progress field I can't find the ticket. I have gone as far as to add the URL directly into the field but it still says that it isn't there.
Any ideas?
Hi @Leo LI ,
Business projects are a Jira Work Management project, not considered a Jira Product Discovery project.
And I don't believe this command is supported with JPD at the moment. After testing, I'm getting a 202 response which is being accepted, but my JPD ideas are not being archived. For example with Postman:
As you can see, no JPD ideas were actually archived - but if you see in the screenshot below, there were some that met the JQL criteria.
If I retest and adjust the JQL to a Jira project, I get a 202 response as well - but issues are actually being archived.
So at the moment, the workaround would be filtering on the JPD ideas and bulk archiving them:
Hi @Nick Haller ,
Thanks for your timely response! Actually, I got the same result when I tested it.
The other problem is that there seems no bulk Archive option when I'm going to bulk change batch of ideas, like below.
BTW, does this API <Archive issue(s) by issue ID/key> has the same limitation either?

Hi @Leo LI ,
I too had trouble finding the bulk-archive option too. I assumed it would be under a Transition Issues option, but it's actually found under the Edit issues option:
There's also the option to archive multiple ideas within the project by selecting multiple ideas at a time, and clicking the Archive button:
