Hi, I love Jira Product Discovery but I wanted to know if there is a way to customise the insight impact notation.
Let me explain, when i'm doing the discovery, I will link all the insights, so far so good, that the basic use of JPD, so when the insight is relevant in a positive way, my impact will be high. But it happens also that you have an insight that go in the opposite direction, that tells you not to do it.
So basically, in the Insight impact formula, I would like to be able to have an addition on the good insight and a subtraction on the negative insight.
For the moment, the only think I can do is to put low impact on negative insight, but in the end, it is still added by the formula.
If you select multiple items in list view and set a field, it will do it for all the issues selected.
Even though it seems like only 1 idea is edited, it's applied to all:
Thank you!! @Michal Vit

CAUTION: In my experience this initiates a full replacement of the field across all ideas, it's not additive.
Using your screenshot as an examople, if the first idea already had "Differentiate" as a goal, the second idea had "Delight users" as a goal, and you select both ideas and then add "A custom goal" to the first idea this will not add "A custom goal" to both ideas. Instead, it will make both ideas have "Differentiate" and "A custom goal" -- effectively removing "Delight users" from the second goal.
Both of your goals will now match, but if your intent was to add "A custom goal" to both ideas while leaving the existing data alone, you won't have done that.
