I would like to create support tickets to report JPD issues we would like to get fixed. For example we would like to have the labels in Chinese, which we didn't create, deleted from our instance. We would like to have some values in a custom multi-select filed to be removed too. We delete them but they keep reappearing over and over again. And there are some other issues I would like to report.
I am a global Jira admin but right now cannot crate a support ticket for JPD (I can create one for Jira software) Please advise me where and how to report these issues.

You will need to ask the people who set up your Jira to use your Personal Identity Verification card as a method of authentication, or possibly HR to find out why your certificate is invalid or revoked.
