How can I delete fields?

This is probably easy and I'm missing where I can do this... but how can I delete one or more fields that are no longer in use?

Engineering recently changed how to add / edit these types of fields.

When editing these fields - instead of having the +Add option available, you'll want to type the new select option, then simply click 'Enter' to add it like so:

I've looked everywhere and there's no update in the documentation. In fact, what's available is the old method here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-product-discovery/docs/create-and-manage-custom-fields/#Formatting-fields-that-allow-options

But now I can do it!
