As a admin i am unable to restrict Members changing Due date, Target date. i am using payable software , adqprojects.atlassian.net, kindly guide on same.

I'm not too sure what "count" you would like to have - but based on you screenshot, I think a formula type "Roll up" and selecting the field "Key customer should work". If not could you please elaborate on what you are trying to achieve?
