I'm trying to embed the JIRA forms to confluence for task automation but somehow the sharing/copy option is not working for me.
Can someone help me use JIRA forms and embed them onto the Confluence page?
I think there is a bug in the template. I cant find a way to make a template as default on a certain view. create button just give generic fields. I cant make fields mandatory either
@Sree Kanuri - You are correct. Apologies for any inconvenience.
There is a known bug with JPD templates at this time where the fields are not showing as expected through the create idea form (based on the view selected). Engineering is aware of this issue, and working on a fix.

You should be able to manage this through each JPD project's Settings >> Features >> Create ideas tab:
As you can see above, I've select the Simplified Template View which is a list view in my JPD, and the fields selected in this view will appear in the Create Idea form when a contributor is creating an idea.
I've also required the fields to mandatory so the contributor will need to enter values for each of these in order for an idea to be created:
