Integrating JPD with Advanced Roadmaps

We have the following structure:

Ideas -> Implemented by -> Initiative (JIRA Software) -> Epic -> Story.  We use the "Parent Link" to connect the Epic to the Initiative.

We can easily view the Initiative -> Epic -> Story hierarchy in Advanced roadmaps.

How can I view a list of dependencies between the Initiative and Ideas without having to view the initiative's ticket details? Or rather, How can I look at an Initiative in Advanced Roadmaps and see what Ideas it is implementing?

Good afternoon - you're one step ahead of me, how did you even sum the Linked Epic Points (assuming this is a Custom Field on the Epic) in a Idea Custom Field the first place?

My regular JIRA Cloud automation methods don't work (lookup linked Issues or join via JQL as it doesn't seem to be able to read values from within the Epic Fields in the same way unless I'm missing something very obvious!)

Asked my question here too

My epic points were a custom field on the JPD idea i'm afraid
