I would like to create support tickets to report JPD issues we would like to get fixed. For example we would like to have the labels in Chinese, which we didn't create, deleted from our instance. We would like to have some values in a custom multi-select filed to be removed too. We delete them but they keep reappearing over and over again. And there are some other issues I would like to report.
I am a global Jira admin but right now cannot crate a support ticket for JPD (I can create one for Jira software) Please advise me where and how to report these issues.

Hi Lauren, the default behaviour for Contributors is that they can't create ideas, but they can add insights to ideas.
question: in the project settings > access screen, is the project set to "Open", "Limited" or "Closed"
If it's set to "Open", I'd suggest making it "Limited" - that means that everyone will be able to open it as contributors, even if they have a license for the product (otherwise, if the project's open, they will be creators if they have a license, even if you give them a more restricted role)
