How to customise weight for field options

Hi!

I'm currently trying to set up weight per option for a field. Like the image below. 
The weight option is only 1-5. Instead, I'd like to use Fibonacci numbers. 

Does anyone know how to do it? I'm trying to find a way, but it seems it's not possible yet. If there's anyone who knows how to do it or knows a workaround, would be nice to hear!

Interested in this conversation, as we have to click authenticate on every insight as well and it doesn't show the Pendo feedback details as intended. It just shows the link rather than pulling the votes and such.
