Is there anyway to cross out insights once you've used them/dealt with them?
When discovering and gathering information, I got a long list of inputs as insights.
Then I go thru them and use them shape the idea. But I don't want to keep reading the insights if I already got all usefull data from them, I don't want to delete them for future referecence.
Is there anyway I can mark them as "Done", "Used" or "Read" using a tickbox?
Kind of crossing them out from the the list
Hi @Alex Tsai ,
I think it's important to note all JPD projects are team-managed.
I don't believe Jira has an API to create, edit, managed, etc. custom fields for team-managed projects at this time. This page outlines that as well and references "next-gen" projects which are now the same as team-managed projects.
Not sure what the best workaround is, but maybe delete the field entirely and re-import it in with the values you are hoping for. I know that might not be ideal especially if your ideas already have values configured.
Otherwise you may have the delete each undesired value within JPD.
