Can you pull customer data from Salesforce?

Salesforce is our source of truth for customer data, and I can't figure out if there's a way to pull customer data from Salesforce over to JPD.

For example, on the Insights side, I know I can add a link from Salesforce to the insight, but the available configuration properties are entirely dependent on the type of link (Opportunity vs. Account, for example), and these do not always have the same information available to pull over.

In addition, I would want the customer information on the Insight to roll up to the Idea so that I don't have to manually do this. There is a field for "Key Customers", but it requires you to manually manage that list of customers (and we have thousands). I would rather be able to have our customer organizations sync over from Salesforce so I could add those to Insights and that rolls up to Ideas.

A previous program we used had a list of organizations and that could be integrated with Salesforce and configured to pull specific account information.

Is this possible currently and I'm not aware? If it's not, are there any plans for this?

Nevermind. I was drastically overthinking this. My checkbox field value is either 0 of 1. I multiplied the field value by the desired multiple. In my case, it was:

{Key Customer} * 0.2
