New Company - May Product Discovery be activated?

Hi!  I was previously at another company and was one of the original users on Jira Product Discovery.  I was pretty active here as well in reporting and asking questions.

I have since switched companies and was wondering if we could have it activated at the new company.  They are using Jira Software Premium.
