I've done some searching and I think I know the answer to this but it would be great to get confirmation and maybe add my voice to the request for the feature.
Is it possible for me to limit the views my contributors can see?
I don't want them being able to access all the views and data that is available to the creators. Many of those are used for planning etc that may never happen so I do not want contributors seeing a roadmap and expecting to happen!
Am really liking JPD by the way.
@Steve, this article outlines the JPD user types and their abilities. There is a new user type being worked on called Stakeholders, which I believe is what you're looking for.

Hello! I also would like to know this. We have made people from our CS/sales teams contributors to the project so they can submit their ideas and ideas coming from the clients/potential clients. This means they can access all the views and most of them are internal, so not needed for them to view them, but now I can't limit them.

(Very) early access to the Stakeholder/Sharing experience
As Gary mentioned above, the Jira Product Discovery team is currently working on a solution to share a view with a group of Stakeholders via email address. Crucially the person you share the view with will not be able to see any other views in your project.
We're ready to give this feature to a limited number of customers for testing while it is in early access.
If this sounds like something that you need @Steve, please see this post with more information and a sign up link!

Hi @Steve @Christina Kogiou Contributors get their permissions for all views within the project. A few options that might help:
1. Creating folders for your views so that Contributors know which views are intended for them.
2. Create a separate project for work you don't want to be visible.

Hi @Rohan Swami ,
Creating a separate project for work you don't want to be visible is not a real option, since you can't easily move an idea from one project to the other (and an idea that is now ready for contributors feedback will need to move to the other project...)
How about having some property on a folder that limits it to creators only?

@Omer Meshar I agree on that downside you've mentioned. We're looking to help in this area with improved sharing features and a stakeholder role. Coming soon!
