I am unable to launch a new project on Jira Product Discovery on the free plan

Hi there,

I am busy testing out the free plan of Jira Product Discovery. I have been messing around with the pre set up project.

Now I want to start building my own project and with that created a new one. It created it, but when setting it up I get:

Oh no, something went wrong!

Refresh the page to try again.

I am the main admin on the account and have access I believe. I have tried a different browser which doesn't load and have also cleared my cache.

Some other threads suggested making sure you had access as a user which I also tried on the 3 different user types.

Hi @Oliver Stutz , 

Yep, we had a bug which was faced by 73 customers. It should be fixed now.

However the current project you've created won't work - but you can create a new project and it should work

Projects > create a project > product management > product discovery
