Hi!
I am trying to figure out how JPD authenticates with Zendesk. We have "Zendesk support for Jira" application which is used for the software projects but it seems irrelevant for JPD.
When I create an insight by linking a Zendesk ticket or using the "Add to idea" Chrome plugin this insight doesn't pull the Zendesk ticket data like in the demo below but asks for authentication (there is "Authenticate" button). When I click it the following request is sent to Zendesk: polaris-outboundauth-proxy.services.atlassian.com/zendesk/authorize?response and the outcome is:
{ "error": "AUTH-2 SUB-2 subdomain is empty" }
I have no idea where to start resolving this issue, so any help would be appreciated. There is nothing in JPD which I can configure or change.
