Maybe I didn't quite understand what you meant by feedback but yes, it's possible to reply to a comment with another comment or to add a reaction with an emoji at a time from a view or an idea.

Isn't that what you expect?

I currently only have the view of a test version, maybe it depends on that.

But for the moment It is not possible for us to create a direct answer (linked to the comment) for the comments on an idea. I don't want to post a emoji.. I need to write something ..

Ok @Andrea Scherwitz, I think you mean making thread(s) of comments with a hierarchy between them.

Globally in Jira, comments are in a single thread on a issue, you're right, you can't reply for one in particular but you can add unlimited number of comments to the thread (use the field displayed in your screenshot at the right of your pp).
Little tip : you can tag pepple with @ and copy/paste another comment to indicate you are replying to this one.
