Delivery Ticket not linked to Idea, not reaching linked Jira board

When I create a delivery ticket from a JPD Idea, I am finding that it occasionally gets lost - there will be a Story that is created but it is not linked in JPD (not showing in the JPD Delivery Ticket  page, and the Issue in Jira doesn't have embedded info from JPD Idea. 

Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't - is this a bug? 

I don't think we can implement this solution as is, as it is not reliable and I fear things will get lost. 

In general, I am finding the link between JPD and Jira very difficult. For example, I have implemented Global fields but have to re-enter the data when creating a delivery ticket. What is the point of doing grooming, and prioritization in JPD if all of these fields are not carried over and able to be manipulated in my Delivery board?

Any suggestions?

Hi Laura, by the looks of it the other posts you linked was about another problem.

I've asked the team to look into it to see if they can see something. Are you able to reproduce the issue? if so a recording so we can see what's going on would be awesome!

Or, if you raise a support ticket we could investigate directly in your site.
