Create a View for feature requests WITHOUT a linked delivery ticket

Hi, I am trying to create a view of JPD tickets that do not have a delivery ticket associated with them.

When I filter on Delivery Progress or Delivery Status, even though I have linked delivery tickets, those are showing in the filter settings when I select Delivery Progress 'has no linked delivery tickets' or Delivery Status 'has no linked delivery tickets'.

Has anyone else run into this issue and have a solution?

Hi @Blake Falanga

Adding Delivery Progress > Has no delivery tickets should mean you end up with a view for all ideas that have no associated delivery issues.

@Blake Falanga If what Chris proposes also returns tickets that have linked delivery tickets that's definitely a bug. If it's the case, can you please open a support ticket via support.atlassian.com/contact ?

@Hermance NDounga it does work for us ... I don't know what the difference is, though.

We use "Delivery Status has no linked delivery tickets" (plus Roadmap and Status filters) and it only shows the ideas without a delivery ticket. So, it should work for you, too.

Add the Delivery Status as a column and check to make sure that it's what you expect it to be. I think that'd be the most likely issue for the tickets not getting filtered.
