Hello, first of all, I apologize for my english (translator kkk), is not my first language...
I am trying to customize my ideas list but its not working! :(
I would like to make it visual when my idea is approaching or exceeding a target date (Atrasado).
Should i try something different?
I opened a support request and it turns out that the functionality has a BUG for users who do not use the "English" language in the application.
If you have the same problem, the solution until it is corrected is to change the system language.
Thanks.
Thanks for the follow-up explanation, @Juliana Prestupa - DCA Curitiba

Hi @Juliana Prestupa - DCA Curitiba -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Did you select "Done" to save the formatting changes?
If you did so, please expand the image to show the details for your formatting rule.
Kind regards,
Bill

Hi @Bill Sheboy, thanks!
When I click on "add rule" the system gives me only two options...
I click on the rule and it lets me just choose the color and the emoji. I believe it's because the rule is already configured... Then I click on "Itens Concluídos" which should be "Done"... but it doesn't actually change anything...
Any ideas?

It appears you have saved the rule, but it is not appearing on the page. Please try refreshing the page to see if it applies the formatting.
If it does not, and you are on a paid Jira license, you may want to work with your Jira Site Admin to contact Atlassian Support to ask them to investigate: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Unfortunately it doesn't apply and I'm using a free license. But thanks for trying.
I guess I should wait then haha, obrigadaa!

Hi Juliana,
Thanks to your screenshots I can tell that you're almost there!
The only step left is to actually add the conditional formatting rule, which is the "+ Adicionar regra" button right underneath the colours.
In the English version of JPD, that looks like this (once you click the button):
Hope that works for you.
Best,
Mart

Hi Mart, thank you. But I believe "add rule" is for another rule.
Anyway, I've tried applying both rules, but when I save the field and return to the list, I don't see any formatting changes. The idea for 03-12 should be formatted, right?
Did it work for you?
