Hello peeps, i create somete template for my team in Jira Product Discovery, like in this post:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-product-discovery/docs/use-templates-for-your-idea-description/
But another members of my team can't see the template and use to. Are we doing something wrong or this feature is not aveiable?
HI @caio_santos , the templates should be shared 🤔
Are the other team members using the same Jira Product Discovery project? These templates are saved in the project
Hi @caio_santos ,
There's a known issue (engineering is aware of) with templates, specifically when an idea is being created outside of the JPD project it does not apply as expected.
The idea(s) will need to be created within the JPD project in order for the template to apply to your newly created ideas as expected.
Is this the issue your users are encountering?

Thx for the quickly answer, but that's not my case.

As @Tanguy Crusson mentioned, templates can be shared within a project, and users that have permission to view them can see those created by others. But templates cannot be shared across projects at this time.
