We are a B2B SaaS company and have a sales team constantly on demos with sales leads. We'd like to capture all the feature requests from the demos into JPD. Right now, I am using feature requests from existing customers in the Customers field. I am putting feature requests from sales leads into the Insights. However, by doing this, I cannot pull a list of all feature requests from one sales lead because their requests are sprinkled across all the Idea Insights. Does anyone have a recommendation for what to do?
And, of course would love a Hubspot integration so I can pull the Customer & Leads directly from Hubspot :)
Hi @Sarah Payne , the only way I can think of that could work for you today is creating a "People" field and tagging the sales people this way (then you can filter for a specific sales person on any view)
But that would mean that when a sales person sends you feedback you'd both need to add it as an insight and add the sales person to the people field. If they don't have additional insights and are just saying "+1, I'd like that too" then it's easy to manage though (you just need to add them to the people field).
Later on we were discussing the ability to tag people/users/customers to insights, so you could then roll that up into a field you can filter from in each view.

Hi @Tanguy Crusson thanks for the suggestion! I meant that each sales lead (let's say Company Acme had 4 feature requests when we gave them a demo of the current product), rather than each sales person on our team.
I like your idea of tagging customers to insights, that would solve this problem! Would love to see that on the roadmap!

I would LOVE to have the ability to add Customers directly to Insights! This would make it very easy to pull up all the ideas that a customer is associated with. I'd also like for this to roll up to the Idea automatically instead of having to use the "Key Customers" field where you have to manually maintain the list of customers since we have thousands.

I have a similar need... we would like to use JPD as a project intake mechanism whereby we can have an internal customer version that is viewable for submitting an idea which could turn into a cross-functional project, visualizing those ideas, and allowing others across the company to offer insights to allow for further prioritization of those ideas. We don't necissarially want everyone to see all of the configuration and settings elements associated with a new JPD project... so any elegant solutions here would be helpful!
