Our Business Intelligence area wants to use an API integration with Jira. Does Product Discovery save information in the same location that the Software projects do so that it will be accessible through 1 integration?
Hi @sharon.prajzner , as @Sarah Stenhouse said there are a few things we need to iron out so you can query all information via API, however there's already a great deal you can do today.
Here's some information you can share with engineers in your Business Intelligence area:
So that should be more than enough to let you create reports to show how many ideas there are, who's working on them, what status they're in, how long they've been in the project, when they were last updated, etc.
Hey @Tanguy Crusson is an API for the dynamic fields on the roadmap ? We would like to be able to export the Priority Score fields that we have.

@Mike Gargano it's still going to need a fair bit of work from our side, but in the meantime we're shipping something so you can export a CSV directly from the view, which includes all fields including those. This shouldn't take too long.

Just wanted to give positive feedback on the CSV export, it has been such a great work around, but definitely still looking forward to Rest API support for formula fields!
But Kudos on the workaround for sure! it has saved me quite a bit of manual work

Hey @sharon.prajzner
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment, we do plan for this to be the case at some point. All I can suggest at the moment is to keep an eye on the community as one of the team will share an update if we decide to prioritise.
Thanks,
Sarah

@María Ferreño Have you tried the APIs I shared above?

Hello @Tanguy Crusson ,
yes, thank you! most of the things we want to do can be done without any problem. If we could have the calculated fields ... then we would have it all! Views are not a necessity for now.
