In our Product team we are striving for a Fact base of our research and 'Insights' captured. We are currently adding these into Confluence as pages and adding labels to the page. We then use the properties table to find ones relative to an idea filtering down using the labels.
We ideally want to capture these in Jira Product Discovery and have a way to view just insights and be able to re-use insights against multiple Ideas where it is relevant.
Are there any plans to facilitate anything like this?
Hi @Sam Hogwood we have a team currently looking into this - I passed your post to them, they might reach out for a chat.

@Amina Bouabdallah I am going through this same issue this morning. We have created a custom form in Salesforce for customer facing teams to submit "ideas" but more often than not, they are insights for existing Ideas in JPD.
We were going to automate the creation of Ideas in JPD from this form and have PMs review, assign, merge, or make an insight - the last of which is not possible without a workaround like using the JPD chrome extension and then archiving/merging.

I really, really want a feature like this too!
I'm using JPD for organizing UX research studies, and I love being able to attach insights to each study. But I need a board that shows all my insights at once (regardless of the study they came from), so I can organize them by topic and see a bigger picture.
Two different studies may yield insights that are relevant to the same topic - but currently there's no way to see those next to each other. I'm really hoping this can be a feature soon!!
