Access JPD projects in miro Planner app

Peter James November 16, 2023

Hi

I'd love to use the Mira Planner app (program board) to help me plan my JPD project but none of my JPD projects show up in the planner list. I can see the various tickets if I use the jira cards app, which is good but I want to move things between my kanban columns in miro and have that link through to the actual jira project too.

Is this possible in some other way?

Hi Peter !

After talking with the Miro team, I understand what's the issue here :

the Planner app works with boards and sprints, which are two concepts that do not exist in Jira Product Discovery, as they relates to delivery items.

So in order to use the Planner app, you'd need to create delivery items for your ideas (epics and stories in Jira Software, that you can create directly from the tab "Delivery" of each idea, and those delivery items will be visible on the planner app

Hi Peter!

Thanks for flagging it, we will investigate directly with the Miro team and keep you posted as soon as we have something to share 👍🏽

Best,

Hermance
