@Sarah Stenhouse I'm LOVING the whole product discovery board. It's helping to solve loads of problems with both workflows and visability.
Question on votes. Is there a way to limit the number of votes per item?
For example at the earliest stage of our 'ideas' funnel anyone in the business can upvote ideas. I don't want anyone to ever run out of votes but some users seeing that they have a high number of votes available are putting them all against pet projects.
This voting feature is great for rounds of votes, but how can we accomplish continuous voting and also limit the number of votes/idea? For example, we want to give everyone the right to vote on new ideas, but only a single vote toward an idea, with the number of available votes to be infinite. Similar I guess to a "like" feature for ideation.
Hi there! I don't see how to access votes, is it still something that still needs to be turned on manually? If so can you please turn it on for my organization? Thank you!
For example, we use voting to help decide what ideas to work on. However, once an idea is in development, we'd want it's votes to be "freed up", so future development can be voted on.
Votes are used in scoring formulas, so creating a new vote field each round isn't easy to manage.
Great enhancement. Could I please get access also.
If I share the link with other departments in the business do they need to have a seat in Jira and do they need to create login credentials to be able to access the list?
